I also wonder what is more painful-not reaching the play-offs at all, or reaching them and then losing-what causes the most pain ?

Lost to a dubious pen. Staines played well on a waterlogged pitch. If it had been a league game it would have been called off water layig in both goal mouths and held the ball up for both team. Well done to Staines and good luck hope they beat afcw.

dont feel sorry we had a great season, it weren't meant to be,its still a better season for us than last year , i wont dwell, you know the facts, will be back so will Margate we hope , see you next season for the Derbies

Grow up Alex, it's been a brilliant season and I for one am in a very good mood. Crowds are going up, 12 over three hundred, yesterday the fans gave the best support anywhere I have seen out of the premiership, so loud for two hours, and the whole coach journey back as we know where the club is going. Why laugh and mock us for finishing above you and taking four points from the derby games, I really do not understand you. Olly leaving is not set in stone, also it is not a "bigger" club he is looking for. Any Dover fans reading in, I now don't think he will be with you guys next season, a higher club is looking at him I understand. Had a brief chat with him too and he is going to have a chat with Jim and Richard, so maybe he will stay.

Focus on your own issues is what you need to do, we've had our greatest ever season, you've arguably had your worst (with all the monies business) so why on earth are you laughing at us, you're a joke.

To be fair Rob, if the boot had been on the other foot and we had lost in the play offs, am sure similar remarks would have been made.

 

But fairs, fair your team did you proud and in Lawason you have someone to be envied at this level IMO.
