We certainly don`t want a manager who`s on the bottle , Walkers Scotch Whisky i bet , Serious now was good in his day but his health has been an issue over past couple of seasons , Maybe in his day a joint managership with CK would have seen us to league status but we will never no . Andy Birch and I started as apprentices at the Thanet Press in February 1956, nice lad, could sing a bit too. Moved to Norfolk years ago. Met him a few times since, on our Christmas Card list. He's a tad older than me too, that makes him about 68, so I think it's highly likely NOT to be the same one you are asking about Andy.

i doubt Jim W ard, would want to leave a successfull club as Ramsgate with ambition, to your club which as look as it will fold before long at the rate they are going- as a Rams supporter i cant believe the rapid decline of your club,

NLD has MR saying 14 applications and interviews taken place;and appointment likely to be imminent.

MR adds it will not be a high profile name (rules out yorath ?),but will be someone with experience.

 

While NLP carries a large (and professional and good advert) for a new Manager.

Is the advert one week out of date,has there been a re-think-have the club been turned down and thus re-advertising ?
