Summer wishlist...

Yes, I know its early, and there is still a Wembley final (possibly a Bromley one as well), but the league is finished, and the thread about the Trust Money got me thinking... Apart from playing staff - what changes would we like to see happen before the 08/09 season?

New roof? Are we in a position to get decent catering?

Any more?

My wish would be to have the bloody roof patched up in the Plough End. It has got more holes in it than a piece of Swiss cheese. Also giving the roofs of the stands a lick of paint wouldn't hurt either and I think(Correct me if I am wrong) wouldn't cost an arm and a leg.

Apparently when the weekend work was suggested to the new ownership it was not wanted.

What possible reason could the owners have for not wanting the usual volunteers at the ground, getting it up to it's usual pre season pristine condition.
They need to explain themselves.

Just picked up on this. By all means criticise the Stewarding, and direct it to the club, but I don't think that there is any need to get so personal with the remarks ?
I am sure that you would not like to be referred to in your employment as something like
a long boring streak of piss with a big nose ? No, of course you wouldn't ! Neither would I like to be referred to as a big fat old b*stard....no need for it mate. So direct constructive comments wherever they need to go, but leave the personal, "size ist" if you like, comments out please.

You could always be a steward ?

Cheers,
