ilford safe??

looks like ilford will be safe from relegation due to the FA'S aim of having 6 22 club divisions at step 4 next season,this will of course mean clubs getting switched from the ryman to the southern and from the southern to the northern,non league football is chaotic isnt it!!

I don't know why the FA have to everything so @rse about face. Ilford have been awful for the past two years. They've got an awful ground and no support whatsoever. Not that the last two should be criteria for relegation, but they should go this year. The Isthmian league has got nothing to do with Northern League football and this is just the FA's way of doing things without upsetting too many clubs. It's pathetic.

well it all comes about because the lack of northern teams at step 4,i bet some teams switched from the southern league to the northern wont be too pleased.

Surely nothing has been decided yet. TK's site give two scenarios and in one of them, Ilford are relegated.

Well they have avoided relegation for the past two seasons, thought it was in the rules that anyone called Ilford cant be relegated.
