Got it in one Alan!.
Not that I need to explain but I will.
I went to the clubhouse with the intention of waiting for the result of the meeting,believing it was to be held in the Directors lounge.
The meeting was in fact in the clubhouse.
On realising this I offered to leave but was told it was okay to stay, but remain at the back looking pretty. (I was pleased to oblige especially on the last part)
I made assurances I would be an onlooker only & say nothing.
I obeyed, until the meeting was truly ended anyway & at that time I spoke to both Malcolm,Keith & Lever(Pagey its LEVER not Levy) , voicing my concerns,our concerns, from a supporters perspective(sorry Wellsie for nicking your favourite word
I urged & pleaded with the above to get their heads together & sort this out for the better.I also asked Gary Lever not to desert us.
Will it do any good I ask! I doubt it. We will just have to wait & see.

Its a fabulous thing to have Alan Bonner get in amongst them (if true)& maybe now we will be told more from a supporters perspective in the future. Don't let them "gag" you Alan!.

Yes IF Alan Bonner is on the board it must be a positive. It also means that KP did not have it all his own way as I would thought he would have had the chief muppet there instead.

Well if what I heard is true, Alan indeed is on board, how long for who knows?

Whose idea was it to have a fan on the board? How was he selected? Has he ever been on a company's board of directors before? What exactly is his role on the board? Does he have the same voting rights as other directors? Is he a shareholder? Is he supposed to represent all supporters or just MISA?

As I posted earlier CE, Aldershot have done it since the club were reformed. A member of the supporters club was allowed to attend board meetings and put forward the feelings or proposals of the supporters (through the supporters club). I do not know if he had a vote, I don't think he did, and left the meeting when financial or "board" matters were discussed.

I hope I'm wrong here but it IS possible that he could have been taken on as a Director purely to even the sides up,assuming he is on the opposite side to Keith & co that is.

As I'm led to believe it is "the three" who have taken him on (investment waivered). I hope this isn't the case & that he has been taken on for our benefit.

No if it had been KP's choice it would have been the Chief Muppet or one of his underlings.

Ok Alan has ben taken on as a Director specifically as a Liasion Officer for the supporters and, yes, it was done by the "Three" as Colin and Keith did not attend as out with Gary Lever and Prosser. MISA will be putting a statement on our web page as soon as it is written.
