to put it in perspective the eqivalent is like chelsea playing kettering town, because of history you wouldnt put them at the same level, but i do see your point!

Please do not lose all hope if you do find yourselves in the Combined Counties it is not all doom & gloom, both Aldershot in Ryman 3 and AFC Wimbledon in CC started at level 5. Also the standard of football has been much better this past season than previous, the quality of players at this level has vastly improved over the last couple of seasons,it is no longer the Dog & Duck league. Merstham who ran away with the league this season would give many teams in the BGB a game, Dartford who won the Ryman North could only beat Camberley on pens in the FA Cup after a replay. Do not dispare please, I really do hope you can maintain your status in the BGB but do not think this is the end of the world, I can assure you that you will be most welcome at all CC Clubs and a winning team will bring in the spectators no matter what league you may be in.
