right then.....three to go and 2 points needed for the leap into the Premier Div.....

 

only one way to do it....attack Berko and win the game...never mind the last game against them or indeed the Vase fiasco a couple of years ago.....Berko are a good team at the top of their form and flying high......right up our street....theses are the games that count.....

 

yes it was a good Easter....but who did we play.....two from the bottom thats who....well done...move on....

 

nothing better than a top team against another playing the most important game in the History of HFC.....on a sunny saturday in front of a good crowd.....

 

the stage is set....its down to the happy Urchin players......this is what we've worked our socks off for all year and waited over 80 years for.......these are the games that players dream about......

you really don't need to be worried, second place is yours, though tops is still up for grabs. Hope you do snatch the title as I'm sick to death of Northwood this northwood that in my local paper. Just make sure that when you climb further up the greasy pole you do Cheatanage some damage as well

Yep agree with you there, I wouldn't change the team from last weekend, other than bringing back Jamie Southon, if fit. Any news if he will be fit for Saturday? Lets just get this win, I know that Berko will want to spoil our party, but lets not let them. If we can get the win, we can then throw everything into our last 2 games and go out all guns blazing for wins. Remember if Northwood lose just one of their last 2 games and we win, we will be champs!

I think that Jamie is fit and yes I agree we should finish the 'home' season with full wind in our sales,

 

so what, Berko have had a good season, not as good as ours though is it, stuff 'em Urchins.

I've been to all the Berko matches and fair play to them, they reached the vase final after narrowly beating us.

We went 1 0 up at their place I remember, and the scored 12 mins from time.

The replay was postponed about 7 times and we finally went down 2 1

I wont go into details, but they are a different team now, and so are we !

Just picked up the Recorder and they give us some back page coverage, talking up our game tomorrow as the promotion decider! Hopefully we can get a decent crowd in tomorrow, surely looking at around the 450-500 mark?
