if this and if that, if you don't reach the play-offs then it proves you weren't good enough and that they are better teams in the league then you.

It doesn't prove that, the same way if Staines finish second and we win the play offs it doesn't prove they were not good enough to go up. Ashford, Tonbridge and all the sides in the play off places are all good enough Alex, it just requires a bit of luck on the way.

Exactly Rob and Hendon had the luck to play Leyton when they were down to their bare bones, am sure if either of us had played them on that day we wouldn't be complaining ehh.

Worrilow for me as he pulled them up from relegation to very nearly promotion in a short space of time. Tho McBride at Hornchurch must be in with a shout too in their first season back in Premier.

jeff king will win manager of the season rob...

 

hendon and ramsgate will both win on saturday and hendon therefore will get the last place on goal difference....I could be wrong of course but cannot see past that conclusion..

 

we shall play either staines or afcw away on tuesday and frankly I would prefer staines for a night game..nice pitch.. nice facilities.. much easier to get to...less atmosphere under the lights (400 of us 200 of them) etc etc..

 

should we get through the tuesday I would fancy us doing it and the factor that could make that happen is that we have no expectations...others do..

 

all exciting stuff and looking forward to it regardless of who we get or the outcome...
