Well I can be on Everett's Corner any time from 5.30/5.45 if whoever ends up driving drops me a text that will be great. Otherwise you can expect a call from me later today....

Yes good luck to all - Dom just called nr to crowthorn right now ...must be hard work in this weather...

 

But a big thank you to the walkers for all your efforts ....

That really was a very tough walk yesterday, 7hours and 20minutes for the 4 of us who left at 7am. My feet are very blistered today, not at all pleasant!

Well done to all the other walkers...unfortunately I never got to claim that drink that Lee Riddell offered the 4 of us when he drove past us!!

Well done to all fellow walkers. Everyone finished, which was a great achievement given the fact that it was effectively a walking marathon.

 

I hope that antone that has an ailment, heals soon.

well, i'm still hobbling, but so glad that I completed the walk. My, but the last two miles were painful. Many thanks to Martin for sticking by me during the worst bit. And thanks too to everyone who sponsored me, beeped their horns when they saw us walking and shouted words of encouragement, they all really helped.

I can just about walk again now which is a relief. The soles of my feet look like something from a Wes Craven film. A big thanks to Radders for directing me through the last half of the walk when I fell behind the youngsters out in front. That final road into Fleet was a [****!!****].
