Excellent service Gary, reading that was possibly more exciting than the first half of the CL semi. Speaking of which, my only gripe would be some of the pro-Liverpool comments that have snuck into said commentary. For the record, you've been well lucky so far.

Hoping the Rebels hang on

Hmm, not quite sure what to make of that. Guess we'll only know if it's a good result after Saturday's game.

As a one off match though that result should do the team good going int Saturday's vital match as Bridgewater have been a form team of late winning at Oxford City and drawing away with Diddy Saturday. Must have been a hard match as well as they would have been pushing desperately in order to get a play-off spot.

Undefeated in three. Now we must wish for the best at Taunton and travel in numbers and get behind the team Saturday!

i am good at predicta (watch it now go **** up on saturday)
of course bracknell know its in their hands and a win will keep them up,but taunton have had a bad season and will want to prove a point, although we have had to play a midweek far away match.
my predictions are.
fleet 2 Rebels 2
Taunton 3 bracknell 1 (sorry dud, your a decent bloke)

and if bracknell win see you in a year eek

As a result it is pretty good, but its obvious that we need to better Bracknell to stay up, and we have the harder challenge.

Fair play to the team it sounds like they gave it a go, which I think is all we can ask for at this stage.

3 games unbeaten...bring on Saturday!

we have to be realistic 4 weeks ago it looked like it was all over so for us to be heading into the last game with a chance even shows what a decent turnaround the new management have made to our team. if only we could have had a few extra games with this setup. lets be positive and all travel to fleet and try and lift the team through what will be a tough challenge. if we win and bracknell win fair play to them but we should just ignore their result and go out and win our game and if we go down we will go down knowing we gave it a damn good go and very few of the current team could really be at fault

Hell of a result tonight. I thought we went down there and did a magnificent job. First task was to keep a clean sheet and with a bit of luck and some heroic defending and a couple of fine some from Jacko we did that. We had our chances and their keeper pulled off a fine save from a Daly header and another was somehow cleared. In the end either side could have won as both went for the three points. They had a player sent off for a foul on Bangura who was through on goal very late on. Pretty cyncial but it was all to play for so you can understand it.

I think if we pick up 10 points from the last 4 games it would be a real travesty if we went down. Let's go to Fleet confident, back the boys and not worry about Bracknell.

I went into this game as a neuteral being as i was brought up in Stoke Poges and watched the Rebels for 30 years on and off but now live in Cannington Bridgwater. I thought for tonights game anyone turning up would of thought the league was upside down, the Rebels created by far the better chances and should of been 2 up at half time, the second half started with BTFC on the front foot but not getting much on target, (have watched Watford 35yrs , slough braintree 20yrs and don't think i've seen such defending in the second half as i did yesterday)

Vedict: Slough should have won this game, they had plenty of free kicks around the box created more than the home team and defended very well but unfortunately the game was poorly referee'd
