years and years ago when i was a scrote i used to be a member of a CB club and once a month everyone got together to introduce themselves to each other, face to a name so to speak and i was thinking although i konw most of you personally there maybe a few that don't. Wouldn't it be great for all the forum members to get together and meet each other for a drink and stuff chat about margate and then at least we would know who we are all chatting to on here. Your thoughts please

Whenever I meet a Gate fan I always ask "do you go on the forum"?

More often than not they don't but I have met quite a few from here and I think we did it at halftime in the clubhouse once but it's an excellent idea which I'd be up for. Dunno if I could keep up with some of you in the drinking stakes though!

Why not have it in the summer break, we'll all know who everybody is in readiness for the coming season. Just a suggestion. No offence intended or taken if you all tell to f-off or worse and we can argue the toss about all and sundrie regarding the world and MFC in particular until we are all paralitic. Wellsie can do the music Then the womenfolk can do their wifely duties and come and pick us all up from the pub and take us home well content. Amen.
