Tonights Big Game.

Whilst we have all rightly praised the players for their second half performance, credit must go to MWeatherley ( and his assistant-who is that ? ) for coaching them to play like that in the second half .

The challenge for these players now is to - unlike the first team-to show consistency and do it again this saturday.

Think they play Thamesmead-top of table-so no easy task, but whilst the reserves were good on tuesday, lets see if they are really good and can get a positive result against Thamesmead.

If they can-then there really is something to shout about.

His assistant is Steve Moore, father of Glenn who played for us in the Mickey Mouse Cup against ETU.

I did actually say that Mark made some inspired substitutions in my report.

Yep totally agree with you Michael.

Why does the club have to look any further. We've surely got MFCs next Manager in Mark Wetherly and Steve Moore for his assistant. They both have the best understanding in the armoury we have at reserve and youth team level. Combine this knowledge with several 1st team players and surely we're be on the up and up.

Plus best of all they like to play exciting football. GREAT for us to watch!

Tora! Tora! Tora! (Attack! Attack! Attack!)

God forgive-who wants exciting football.

One nil to the 'Gate is where its at.

Nice boring defensive stuff is what we need-grinding out results, but actually winning !!!

Maybe next season under a new manager it will be a case of :

'Don't concede the nil'
