relegation from the ryman

according to the excellent another site if the FA insist on there being 6 22 club step 4 divisions next season no club will be relegated from the ryman north this season??

There should always be some sort of promotion and relegation....just my view. If there are clubs below they should be allowed up if they have the grading.

Problem is Abbeynut that the ESL champs are promoted season after season with the Ryman hanging on to everything they've got season after season and then the ESL has to make up numbers from elsewhere and everyone jumps on the bandwagon to criticise the them for being of low quality and not worth maintaining in the long run.

 

Can't remember the name at the moment but there was a famous book/film which described this process.

oh joseph heller,i'm now on my 17th novel all of which remain unpublished. publishers just wont take a chance on my work.
