groundsharing, and leases

Recommended Posts

Horsham have played their last game at Queen Street, they've sold their ground to developers and just announced a groundshare at the seaside after talks with Crawley fell through. They have "plans" to build a new ground at Holbrook but it seems that may or may not happen.

Burgess Hill face eviction in 6 months from the council for not paying rent according to the council on southern counties radio and other breaches of the lease concerning the use of the grounds. There is a clause in the lease to allow this forfeiture apparently.

Neasden Foundation may be kicked out of the league as they have been kicked out of their groundshare arrangement for not paying rent and for not paying fines.

Dorking may be given notice to quit on Tuesday and possibly therefore Bookham too.

Will Horsham be allowed to play at the same level next season?

Will Burgess Hill be allowed to groundshare next season and play at the same level if they do get booted off?

Will Neasden Foundation go back to where they were last year and carry on without punishment?

Will Bookham be allowed to stay in the prem if they change their groundshare arrangement next year?

Will Dorking be allowed to groundshare somewhere next year in Div 1?
