Thank you for your good wishes. Our game at your place was one of my favourite of he season. The terrific fight yor team put up and the amazing support you gave them.

Congrats on the win at Newport but please stop pissing about and secure those points to avoid relegation! Unfortunately we will not be playing you next season but you fans don't deserve to drop another level. Goood luck and keep the faith

Not right. There are at Least five teams with a bigger playing budget than us this year! This has been confirmed by the Chairman Tony Theo.

We originally set our budget on a conservative estimate of crowds of 300. No doubt we have been able to crank that up a bit as crowds have climbed, but we are living within our means. I think there may be a few in this division who are not...

No I cant. But our chairman Tony Theo, who I trust implicitly, went public in our programme a couple of weeks back and said there were at least five teams with bigger or equal playing budgets.

An "educated guess" would be Uxbridge, who I know outbid us on one player pre-season and probably Windsor & Eton.

We can not continue to under perform in the league against the budget and equally we have not given up hope of reaching a play off position

That is what Peter Simpson said in December. From that one can presume that the Windsor budget was pretty good, not least as Simon Lane was talking up winning the division at the start of the season. Whether that equates to having a larger playing budget than Farborough is another matter, but clearly WEFC were not paupers this season.
