HORSHAM V BTFC SCORES UPDATE

Recommended Posts

Now i know this is slightly off topic but Grays Athletic attracted 507 spectators last night for National conference league game. In fact poor old Droylesdon had 300 (admittedly they are relegated) but none the less...On the other end of the spectrum Hampton + Beavers being right in with a shout of promotion to the National league attracted just 538 last night in what was a massive game. Guess the moral is you just cannot legislate crazy

NO you can't legislate, but you don't have to accept that what you have is as good as it gets, or expect things to improve by themselves.
We, like Grays, Droylesdon and Hampton could all do better.

A slipery slope only goes backwards, the route forward is always an uphill one

Blimey TC, you are really coming across as being 'down' over this!!! I'm sure there are enough committed chaps at BTFC to make a mark for next season.......chin up!!

Thank you for your concern LF but there is no need

I'm not down at all, infact quite the reverse, I'm a man on a mission.

My interview for the program this saturday will explain, but in short, I feel I have neglected my responsibilities over the past 18 months or so with regards to BTFC, but now I'm firmly back in the driving seat and have began work on next seasons campaign.

You'd better come and buy a Programme L.F. You don't have anything else on, do you?

Come on guys - what's all this talk about attendances? Surely it's been mentioned enough times on here to prove that the size of attendances is never directly proportional to the degree of success on the pitch. Wait a minute though.........

Anyway, good to hear that you're a man with a mission for next season TC - the sooner you get your lads back in the same league as the Clarets, the better. It's going to be soooooo lonely for me next season (apologies to Mr Drago and little ol' Crittals - but the banter won't be the same).

My own work is done Rick, but the family and I will be at Ashford, before the withdrawal 'no football' symptoms set in.... I have no doubt I will be across to buy a few programmes next season!!!
