you wonder too much Jeff..I didn't set the multiple memberships up my IT manager did on my instructions to prove that it could be done..and as I have stated on many occasions I have no interest in MyFc memberships/forums ..

I was never really a window man jeff...always bought and sold companies with a view to turning them around....came severely unstuck with coldseal tho' and with the benefit of what transpired the due diligence left much to be desired but hey ho its what we do...rough with the smooth..

 

the IT guy who did the memberships works for our family engineering company and they are always quiet around xmas....anyone that knows me knows that I do not do IT...any log ins on here Ian set up for me and sent me numpty proof passwords...

years ago I had to use telex to do business (before faxes and I know how old I am thank you ) anyway when communicating with foreign nationals in the dark of night due to time zones we learned to try and get some sort of real life understanding into the communications and the use of dots does actually accenuate the need for a pause in reading.....the lack of capitals and punctuation is just plain laziness....

I do agree with what you say UU, now theres a first! , but at the same time I would rather have MyFC on there than have Harry J Allstars on there. What we have to remember is our shirts have had sponsorship on them for years and MyFC is a business so, although it is tacky and sponsorship always has been I want to up membership as much as possible. What better way to do it than this?

So there was a vote to decide if usernames should be put on the shirt. Although this was largely ignored, they actually did voe 'yes' by quite a large majority. However, certain people don't like the result - so its being changed.

 

This sounds very similar to the MyFC board farce, vote for something and if you don't like the outcome - get a few members to create enough noise and the decision is ignored. So much for democracy!

 

I don't personally agree with the usernames on shirts (or having MyFC either), but I do wonder for the future of the MyFC voting system if all it takes is for a minority of posters to get decisions changed afterwards!
