I feel I must apologise to club due to my pitch invasion after the match today and thanks to Steve McKimm for stopping me before I reached the ref but i felt he cheated us out of the match.

Perhaps, if he has access to the internet and this forum, the person who spat at the Farnboro' No. 10 'Lee' at the end of the game would like to apologise as well.

 

Whatever the provocation, in my book there is no room for that sort of behaviour in football.

 

Whilst on the subject of the 'Lee' incident which drew quite a response from Fleet fans I do hope that the home steward who witnessed everything including Mr. Lee's provocation will have the courage to speak out like he said he would so that Mr. Lee can be dealt with by the appropriate authorities.

 

Only time will tell I suppose.

I am a Farnborough supporter and did not see the incident but on our message board it has been confirmed that it has been reported to the club, quite rightly so. Good luck for your match on Saturday and hope you also stay in the conference.

Was it the terriable sportsmanship by FTFC's no.10,

Or is it the spit by our fan????

Thanks Andy B, do us a favour and beat Nuneaton, these incidents are a disgrace to both clubs and hopefully will be dealt with.
