Boney Crisp
I personally don't know either, but i've been up there a couple times where quite a few pitches have been used. I don't think the 5-a-sides will properly kick off until the weather starts warming up.
Drummer
Depends if you mean making money or taking money. Presumably there is a plan to be in profit after a period and also taking into account construction, running costs etc. I would not have thought that they will be making money for a while. SteveB
I thought it strange! If there was a chance of going out of business there would not be an announcement of 2 new directors! Had me worried for a bit though! Steve

Always worry when i hear about property developers getting involved with football clubs. But just occasionally it does turn out to be a good thing". Maybe. Let me now turn everybody's attention to this: Margate Football Club Limited has not filed a set of accounts at Companies House for nearly three years............ WHY???? link to companies house COMPANIES HOUSE Which shows Name & Registered Office: MARGATE FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED HARTSDOWN PARK HARTSDOWN ROAD MARGATE KENT CT9 5QZ Company No. 01359836 Status: Active Date of Incorporation: 28/03/1978 Country of Origin: United Kingdom Company Type: Private Limited Company Nature of Business (SIC(03)): 9262 - Other sporting activities Accounting Reference Date: 31/05 Last Accounts Made Up To: 31/05/2005 (TOTAL EXEMPTION SMALL) Next Accounts Due: 31/03/2007 OVERDUE Last Return Made Up To: 31/12/2006 Next Return Due: 28/01/2008 OVERDUE So, why are we having an EGM when far more important things are at stake? The Inland Revenue must have fines MFC for failure to submit accounts on two occasions? Also the FA and the Isthmian (Ryman) League may have also levied fines against the Club. Perhaps someone ought to contact these organisations and find out. Who do you suppose is paying these fines? jj

Frankie100
Should not matter if the money from the club has been going through other channels, the company is still live therefore the accounts (even zero ones) should be returned 10 months after the end of the company financial year.
