Can't see the final 3 games challenging these category's, so here goes:

 

Best Performance - Ware 0-3 Canvey Island

 

Worst Performance - v Rothwell Town in FA Cup (depressing!)

 

Favourite Match - Maidstone Away in FA Trophy

 

Best Team Played - Dartford @ their place

 

Worst Team Played - Ilford

 

Goal of The Season - Ian Luck v Potters Bar Town @ Home

 

Favourite Ground Visited - The White Lion Ground, Edgware Town (loads of character, though Princes Park is obviously the best ground)

 

Best Oppo Fans @ Park Lane - Dartford

 

Best Oppo Fans Away - Brentwood Town

 

Most Improved Player - Andrew West

 

Player of the Season - Andrew West

 

Signing of the Season - Gabriel Fanibuyan (though James Russell would have been close if he had played the whole season)

Best Performance - Ware 0-3 Canvey or away to Sudbury.

 

Worst Performance - v Tilbury away (can't believe we lost to that pile of poo)

 

Favourite Match - Maidstone Away in FA Trophy or Sudbury away. Enjoyed the two Brentwood away games.

 

Best Team Played - Dartford at their place.

 

Worst Team Played - Ilford (Potters Bar were pretty poor as well)

 

Goal of The Season - Ryan Edgar away to Enfield Town. Great shot.

Danny Curran's volley against Ware was also good not forgetting Lucky's efforts against Potters Bar and Wabbey.

 

Favourite Ground Visited - Anywhere but Edgware!!!! I'd probably say Sudbury, plenty of cover and good view of the pitch, plus we always win there!!! Best ground is undoubtedly Dartford but seems a bit soulless and lacks atmosphere.

 

Best Oppo Fans @ Park Lane - Dartford

 

Best Oppo Fans Away - Brentwood Town (good banter and didn't stop singing in both games even at 2-0 down. Hope they can keep and improve their fan base)

 

Most Improved Player - Andrew West

 

Player of the Season - Nicky Rugg (Mr consistent, never gives less than 110%)

 

Signing of the Season - Gabriel Fanibuyan, pure class.

I missed quite a few games at the start of the season so here goes:

 

Best Performance - Canvey Island 5-0 Tilbury, the perfect reply to getting spanked by Dartford in the previous game.

 

Worst Performance - For 90 minutes it would be Redbridge away. First half - Ilford away, second half - Witham home.

 

Favourite Match - Maidstone Away in FA Trophy

 

Best Team Played - Dartford

 

Worst Team Played - Witham

 

Goal of The Season - Ian Luck v Waltham Abbey @ Home

 

Favourite Ground Visited - Bishop's Stortford

 

Best Oppo Fans @ Park Lane - Dartford

 

Best Oppo Fans Away - Brentwood Town

 

Most Improved Player - Andrew West marginally pips Ricky Wiseman

 

Player of the Season - Gabriel Fanibuyan

 

Signing of the Season - Gabriel Fanibuyan, so versatile and can play at a higher level.

Best Performance - Away at Maidstone (FA Trophy)

 

Worst Performance - I'm tempted to say the 5-0 thrashing Heybridge gave us in the cup, or the 8-0 drubbing from Bishops Stortford, or even 6-1 away at Dartford, but I'm going with our 3-0 defeat at Edgware. We were shocking.

 

Favourite Match - Maidstone Away in FA Trophy

 

Best Team Played - Dartford probably.

 

Worst Team Played - Ilford without a doubt.

 

Goal of The Season - I've got an awful memory for goals. So awful in fact, I usually struggle to remember them having just left the ground. But, since I can remember this one and it was quite special, I'll go with Steve Corbell's freekick against Potters Bar at their place.

 

Favourite Ground Visited - Sudbury, or Great Wakering. Dartford's is the best by a mile, but it doesn't feel like a non-league ground and certainly doesn't belong in this division.

 

EDIT - I can't believe I forgot Wingate & Finchley. If they had some fans, that'd rank higher than Wakering for me. Definitely worth a mention though.

 

Best Oppo Fans @ Park Lane - Sudbury

 

Best Oppo Fans Away - Brentwood Town. Maidstone were quite good, but there's not many others I'd really praise (Sudbury weren't as loud as I'd've hoped and Enfield Town were just quiet).

 

Most Improved Player - Andrew West

 

Player of the Season - Andrew West

 

Signing of the Season - Gabriel Fanibuyan. There's no doubt in my mind. Gab is a sensational player. Could've been Russell if he'd been with us all year.

Nethercott apart, Wivenhoe were pretty awful today. 1-0 pretty much flattered them.

Prefer to go to Wivenhoe than the complete pooholes that are Ilford and Tilbury but if Wivenhoe do stay up, I can see them being a real threat next season.

 

There is a bit of money going into the club and I can see them making a real effort to get out of Ryman One North if they manage to stay up at the end of this season.

Goal of the season - Lucky's goal against Ilford

 

Celebration of the season - Leon's against Brentwood that made Linney shave his mop

 

Shout of the season - The Jimmy White Lino to Mob "Cant believe I'm getting slaughtered by Fred Dibnah!!"

 

Funniest part of the season - Load, but Powelly's trainer getting the padlock at Arlesly or Andy C's cheer leading at Brentwood!!!

 

Best away day - Again a few but Ware was great and the last 10 minutes at Maldon was the bollox!!

 

Chauffeur of the season - Gab!!!
