If it fails it just reverts back to how it was, except the club is richer, thanks to MYFC, so yes it has to work for MYFC or they have nothing, that the real truth. you will argue but you know really that's the facts.
You are now more far more dependent on Ebbsfleet than Ebbsfleet are of you. As i said if it fails you lose everything. I am sure Ebbsfleet will find another sponsor and plod along. At the end of the day MYFC are just sponsors.

I have the outlook, that until one of them shows me a official share with there name on it. A share which then would make them a part owners.where they are able to sell that share for the going rate. Until that day, to me they are only subscribers of a club which is sponsoring Ebbsfleet.

I wonder who's name the shares are in MYFC ltd?

especially as he hasn't seen a game yet... grin

I have actually been to quite a lot of non-league games UU - just haven't been to Stonebridge Road yet - and of course its not a place you frequent that much either is it bootyshake
