wBlue Square Premier club Woking have begun the search for a new manager who will take them into the Football League following the departure of Frang Gray and his number two, Gerry Murphy after Tuesday night`s home defeat by Stevenage Borough.

 

Chairman David Taylor will lead the process, and commented: �We are looking for an ambitious leader with evidence of very strong motivational skills.�

 

�Maintaining strong discipline on and off the pitch, and respecting the club�s high standards are also critical,� he added.

 

Colin Lippiatt, Football Technical Director, who will help the chairman in identifying the right manager, added: �We will also be looking for a track record of achievement within a highly successful academy/youth structure.�

 

Interested parties must apply in writing to David Taylor, Club Chairman, Woking Football Club, Kingfield, Woking GU22 9AA, marking their envelope `Private and Confidential`. The closing date for applications is Wednesday, 30th April.

 

Interviews will start in May.
