Thanks DR for the posting-first one i've seen with rational pro -arguement. Valid points-but not enough (at this stage to sway my views )and as Steve says above-probably nothing to be gained into going into the 'aarh but stuff'.

 

(allow me one aarh but thought below ) :

 

I've bored myself silly going on about the defence-thank goodness others have taken up the same mantle more recently-but why for example-when the budget will be even lower (an assumption in fairness) can i believe that RT will improve the defence over the summmer in readiness for next season;when -despite reasonable funding -he has failed to do so this season.Why spend most of this seasons budget on right midfield players/wimngers.Just a personal view-but i think he had a pretty good budget this season anyway-better than most i suspect-perhaps i am wrong.

 

maybe a few similar posts with a few` more reasoned pro RT argument will be enough to sway me, as deep down i really want continuity and the guy to do well for both MFC and himself.
