Was a good game last night..Manor made it hard as always and didnt really look like scoring, and Concord had to see if they could break us down..it was like Bolton Vs Arsenal

 

Our biggest threat on goal was collier to be fair, he almost got 2 assits in the first half..

 

I still havnt recovered from that ball in the face second half..almost took my head off..!!

The referee's face was a picture as he looked on at his linesman who was caught up in the 30 man Royal Rumble taking place in front of him outside the Manor dugout.

A classic ESL game, a great nights entertainment with both teams and the crowd playing their part.

Well done Concord a massive 3 points last and good luck in the run in. Well done Manor great effort last night, special mention to JJ who was called into the side at the last minute and had a great game as did everyone in yellow.

There is a little group of 5/6 young refs on the circuit at the moment...they are all really young, maybe all under 25! When you see some of the decisons and at the sligtest sign of conflict you think to yourself they have obviously never played!

 

The ref and ecspecially the young lino were very poor, they are two of this group!

 

Sureley they must look at the fixtures when allocating refs.... for top of the table cashes or local Debry games, they should be supplying experienced and respected refs!

Danny Stanley is a new signing for us ! had to nearly full squad and the strongest bench we had for weeks, ( i was on it)

 

We had out Shane Oakley (injured) Turnball (banned) Anton Louie (not around) Beaumount ex-skipper.So our squad is strong.

When did you sign Shane Oakley, Sixy? He was at Orient, regular player/scorer for the Under 18's/Under 19s and got some ressie appearances, saw a bit of first team aswell too, from the bench though. Seemed a good lad.
