How about the Tatershall Castle on the Embankment, the river boat, that might be a better venue

The Tattershall Castle is about average price for London. The added bonus with the Tatty Cat is you can smoke on deck and that is where 1 of the bars is located

 

The down side is - The motion of boat as it is in the water (for those who didn't know)

Lord Moon of the Mall (weatherspoons)

Silver Keys (or Cross Keys)

Walkers Wine bar (may be expensive always to drunk to remember)

I think the Tattershall Castle beats these three and the Sherlock Holmes, the only problem with it is that it will be very busy on a Friday night especially if the weather is nice
