2007/08 Non League Programme Awards

I have just received news that our programme has taken runners-up spot in the Programme Monthly awards for the South/South West division. And in fact our programme achieved higher marks that all of the club in the Conference South! On behalf of Dan and myself, thanks for all of your support this year with the programme. The full list of marks are as follows:

 

1 Abingdon United

bracknell 4th has to be a joke,afc hayes was better and included in the admission price, i havent seen abingdon but have to say windsors was top notch.

Well done to Dan and Michael plus all the other contributors.

 

Just out of interest, do we know the criteria the judging panel set for awarding marks and is it something we can improve on?

 

The reason I ask is that Abingdon's programme is way out in front marks-wise and I can't see anything in it other than the fact it's printed on glossy paper! Slough and Farnborough were, in my opinion, up there with us in terms of content and production quality.

As a contributer to the Slough programme, I must admit i was impressed with Windsor's, but Abingdon's top?

A lot of the others I have stopped buying as there is nothing in them to read.
