My bet with you that Hoddesdon and Haringey would be the top two is looking good, Rhodes smile

Great result - St Mags got second best form in league over last 6 games

Yes but if we beat Hoddesdon Town next Saturday it will be 'up for grabs now' Brian Moore style, and we could even afford to lose at Cheshunt when they play their first team against us. I never doubted Haringey would get back to the Premier Division at the first attempt.

I only said that if they weren't to go up it would be down to the 'Sugar' factor, it was a gamble to dispense with Ged Searson's services in November and get in Allan Fenn but it appears to have paid off

Was no gamble

I beg to differ, it was a gamble of Barney Curley and JP McManus proportions at the Cheltenham Festival

Why? Fenny won the Ryman3 title with Ilford. Ged presided over the 0-9 humiliation by Hertford last season, despite fielding several of your "great" players

Cranfield United 1-2 Sun Postal Sports

Great win for us today. Not at our best, but did enough to get the 3 points. Credit goes to Cranfield for working on the pitch and getting the game on. Surface was excellent & facilities over there are good

Yes but with Ged what you see is what you get and he's genuine although trying to illegally poach Lee Scott and Jonathan Donoghue surprised me. Allan Fenn is a fly by the seat of his pants Manager and you never know what he is going to do next, he's unpredictable and could walk out tomorrow if a better offer came along.

Winslow 1 - SLB 2

Not the best game of football you're likely to watch. Against the wind first half, we were bombarded with high balls and corners. Second half, we went 1-0 down and somehow turned it round with 3 goalkeepers on the pitch. smile

Not the best playing surface. Some teams have struggled when they have gone to Winslow. With this type of weather, I can see why.

You're a complete mug Rhodes.

We did not need the 1st team when we beat you last time, nor will we when we beat you next time.
