Pages struggling to load

Is anyone else struggling to get pages to load this morning. Some times it is ok, sometimes just there header loads and sometimes nothing. I was just posting my team for tomorrow and when I went to submit it the whole thing just hung?

Is anyone else having problems? I got infected with some spyware recently that caused this sort of thing but it is just the fans focus one that is playing up today.

It is pretty ok here now too Alan, although the header is loading quickly then the content is taking a while. Probably need to clear out my cache.
