St Mags are in Hertfordshire as well so it's another non Essex team being accepted.

I think that I read somewhere that only 9 of all the step 5 teams qualifying for promotion in 20008/9 would be promoted into step 4.

P.S. Sawbo are a Hertfordshire team too!

i think wivenhoe would go into eastern counties league but not sure

ESL is viewed as easier league to get out of

That can easily be put right with portacabins , Look at Hornchurch , If you have been to Sudbury you will know about theirs Quite Impressive , I remember Bromley having a similar one a few years back as well.

Surely the aforementioned Stanway Rovers is a lot nearer to the ESL geographical grouping than AFCC.

In any case we don't want another team in who play at Rush Green !! mad

be good to have as many as possible and as you say a division one would be very attractive

wivenhoe = signing players for fun

they have massive game away at tilbury tomorrow (weather permitting)

tiptree = would stand more chance gettin promoted out of ESL but walligton knows ridgeons league well

it would be nice for ESL to have proper amount of team as outsiders mock us and you cant really blame them sometimes.
