i'm sitting here fecking furious!! i've just went down the off licence to buy a couple of bottles of white lighting cider and i popped into the newsagents to buy the echo.what a fecking waste of 38p, the ESL despite having a full programme of matches over easter doesn't get a mention which is curious as great [****!!****]ering once again gets half a page.lets boycott this publication untill the ESL gets the coverage it deserves.

P.S. funny that white ensign always gets such good coverage,then again we all know that dick marshall never has to buy a drink in their clubhouse.

Shocking,even white ensign got a mention in the local paper,as for dick marshall he hasnt been to a game this season home or away.

Been saying this all along. I dont even mind the coverage of wakering, averly, Tilbury etc... but two pages every other day on west ham is what really gets on my tits. When we asked the paper why west ham gets such coverage we are told that it is because the paper can now be bought at fenchurch street staion and others in between. As ive said before if this is the real reason why is there not the same coverage for Dagenham & Redbridge, Orient etc..... Truth is that the reporter for the west ham games gets the freebie and wants to go rather than anywhere else. Boycotting the paper is no use. Get a petition up and go around the grounds to get it signed. Hand it in to the editor and wait to see what happens.
