Hi All,

 

I went to see the Burnham V Andover game last night and Burnham played quite well - lots of pace and power in attack.

 

I think you can definitely beat them and I expect you to beat Burnham but lose to Windsor.

 

I think we will lose to Marlow but beat Godalming so it will be as you were after the weekend.

 

I'd love to see Andover get sucked back in but I suspect it's going to be between us two and will go right to the wire..... definitely squeaky bum time.

Duds: i agree, i think it will be out of us two for the dreaded last place. A few of us are going to the Isle of Wight for our game against Newport, that could be the decider for us and Bracknell

all we can hope for is to be this close points wise till the end. im quitely confident with the new boss that we can shock a few. losing both the derbies is unthinkable though

One of the key points is that we have one Tuesday night game and so do you.

 

Ours is home to Taunton on 8th April and yours is away to Bridgwater (who are good at home) on 22nd April.

 

I think for us it's a case of having to have a lead over you after the Saturday 19th April games (we host Gosport and you travel to IOW).

 

If you are level with us or only 1 or 2 points behind but have two games to play compared to our one, then it's out of our hands and that concerns me most.

 

As I said earlier, I wish we could both stay up but I think you will be able to cope with going down better than us in terms of potential revenue, attendances and spending power.

Duds, if Marlow play like they did last night, I wouldn't be surprised to see Bracknell come away with a point or three this weekend.

Agree with that Trents. I thought Marlow would be a tough test as they have an outside chance of the playoffs, however, although we certainly played well, they were like deers in headlines for most of the game and really didn't offer up much resistance.

 

Slough gave us a much sterner test and were also much better than Bracknell were a couple of weeks ago against us.
