Reasons for a neutral to come to the final

Personally for me I want as many people there as possible. I've got an event thread on Facebook that I've invited all my friends to, I'm going to do an email at work inviting people and I've also been inviting everyone I've seen since Saturday but what reasons can you lot come up with for nuetrals to come?

 

Biggest attendance, boo Torquay, Wembley is a great stadium, I'll be there.

Why should a nuetral come to support us? For one day only, no strings attached and you can even wear your own clubs shirt.

 

Just as long as you sit in our end, cheer our goals and sing our songs.

there will be quite a few urchins there in their red and white shirts that's certain....I shall give it a miss solely due to not being ar5ed with the trains but you should get a nice little cluster of 20 or so from the tudor heartlands..

Fair Few Ramsgate Fans including myself are intrested in backing the Fleet at Wembley i feel there will be groups of fans from all Kentish teams you are flying the flag for Kent Football afterall.

i am all for neutrals making the effort, as for them its a cheap way of seeing a match at Wembley. Also a bigger crowd will add to the atmosphere.

but please do not encourage 'other' team shirts, a small lapel badge hidden discretely is perhaps acceptable tho.

I have three badgering me for tickets.

 

One of them has seen the Fleet before.

Good job I have three old shirts really.

 

We need to get as many 'casuals' in red and white as possible for the final.

about 20 - 30 people have asked me for tickets and im sure more will..... anyone would do as long as their cheering on the fleet....

also we need to forget all this we hate myfc cr*p because i'd rather 3000-4000 or more people (myfc fans that is) to cheer the fleet on at wembley than them 3000 myfc fans not being there . the more support we can get the (as long as there not dirtford fc fans)the more confident the players will be.

I have attempted to get a handful of friends from University to come, but they've all pulled out on account that Non-League football is 'sh!te', and that they have exams afterwards. Some people need to get their priorities right.

I totally agree with Wobbly about discouraging the wearing of other teams shirts. At least be respectful enough and pretend to be a Fleet fan for the day! Blue Chelsea, Gills shirts etc would be dreadful!

 

With regard to fans of the Darts not being welcome, I don't really go along with this either. When Dartford got to the FAT final at Wembley v Morecambe, the Fleet ran a number of coaches and I attended my first match at Wembley as a result. And this was at a time when the Darts were pretty serious opponents of the Fleet. If they want to come along, can buy tickets and behave themselves why shouldn't they attend?

I would not be against Dartford fans tagging along. But I just know that some of them are coming just to cheer against The Fleet. They just can not let the rivalry go(Well not all some of them that is). But yeah overall I would welcome them too.

Ah bless 'em......don't want them to [****!!****] up their exams do we ? or they'll have to spend another year avoiding work !! I suppose that they will have time to get to the Uni bar though ??
