Have'nt seen quite so much of Margate this season as normal; but it did strike me at Wimbledon a couple of weeks ago, that we ran out of steam and Don's were the fitter side.

 

Also-when physically fit, you become mentally fitter and so less prone to the individual stupid mistakes that seem to occur too regularly at MFC.

When fit, you concentrate better and longer-e.g Wimbledon's last minute goal-we lost concentration at the death.
