staines rebel there's a contridiction in itself-in the olden days when men where men an not computer nerds, you would have not got into the ground if you admitted to being anything to do with staines !!!!

here's my last go at offering you some kinda footballing education-god knows i've tried-your question about sweetman i cannot answer on his personal level, i was refering to his playing abilities( you and your mates must learn to read text properly, if you don't understand the written word ask an adult)which were not of a great standard.

has for my point of not being use to watching soccer at this level, i was refering to the heady days of SLOUGH TOWN at a higher level-there is no comparison to now and those days when we got to wembley and also played the likes of walton-enfield-dagenham-wycombe-leytonstone-hendon-skemesdale etc-any of which would have been TOP of the conference/blue square league.you see son the standard has dropped all over in the non league world.

it makes me laugh though that you have tried to lecture people on language and as you call it text, i suggest you read through your post and look at your own mistakes. you were going on about dereks playing ability when you obviously dont have any knowledge of it as you dont know about his managerial ability or perhaps you do if you are the said burnham player, if you are then its a shame because i always thought you were a good player but as you are trying to portray yourself as a senior then surely you should have more wisdom to give a new manager a chance before you start slagging him off.

Custer - I assume that as your grandfathers died in the 40-50's and that you watched Sweetman play in the 70-80's that you must be getting on a bit so I put your comments down to senility.

Amber Rebel as you can see from my profile I was born on Christmas day 1900 - so that makes me almost as old as Custer!

 

As for personal details on this forum, there used to be an ex councillor who had an unhealthy intrest in Slough Town and targeted a number of posters on this site - so its worth staying fairly anon.
