I'm amazed. Six managers in two years - doesn't exactly breed stability. Thanks to Mark and Richard - sorry to see them go in these circumstances. Good luck Del Boy - you are going to need it!

On a personal note, I'd like to thank Mark for all his support, time and effort he has put in since he took on the role. He's been an absolute pleasure to work with and has continued to remain fully positive throughout his entire time here even when things were going against him.

I have a massive amount of respect for Mark and everything he has done during his time here. I don't think there are many people which could have given more or cared more about the club in that position and for that, I will be eternally greatful to him.

Knowing how gutted he is, he has only ever wanted the best for the club short and long term and I do hope that I have the opportunity to work with him again in some form in the future. I believe he will be attending the match on Monday when we host Windsor and I hope people will take the time to wish him well face to face and thank him for his efforts. As the statement says, I don't think his passion, effort and desire for the club came across in some performances and he felt every result like the most dedicated supporter.

Moving forwards, I have spent some time working with Derek as he looks to get us up the table. Derek is a very approachable guy and I am sure would be happy to talk to any supporters after matches or training. I look forward to working with Derek in the long term as we look to get the right results on the pitch.

Yeah, i'd also like to thank Mark and Barney for their time at the club and all their efforts. I'm really gutted things did not turn around as the club has been run a lot, lot better and professionally since they joined, an I hope that continues. We've gone from having five at a training session to 25 at a training session and other things being a lot more professional.

It's just a shame really that things did not work out on the pitch. Saturday sadly against Paulton with 10 men was the last straw, an awful performance, but just sad as the games againt Abingdon and then a couple after looked like we had really turned the corner.

As for Sweetman, know nothing about him. A quick google says that he was on the management team at Burnham this season, and look who his first game is against!

Hope he has some good contacts and can get players into the team who want to play for the club, and get those out who have a bad attitude and think they are better than they are.

Two massive local derbies coming up. This bank holiday weekend could really see if were staying up or going down, so lets be ready!! It's a MASSIVE two games...

well we're in the last quarter and there is everything to play for!sorry to see b&b gobut in the end it doesn't matter how much as a manager you are committed if you can't motivate the team to give the required performances, then it is the time to go, derek sweetman has a lot of hard work in front of him and not a lot of time to do it, i wish him and his team a lot of luck but he can be assured that if he errs in any way he can look at these pages and the fans will put him back on track and tell him what he is doing right or wrong!

Does no one find it odd that this appointment happened so quick? I assume Sweetman was 2nd in line for the job earlier in the season.

Its a shame things didnt work out but as the statement and others have said, it would be nice to see Mark back in the future if things go to plan maybe working with any youth sides.

You asking Roger that question?!

Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

How much work do the management team put in? How much do they get paid? How about, lots of unpaid work for lots of grief.

Off the field, the club are in the best shape for years. Unfortunately on the pitch we have been crap for two seasons now.

Nearly everyone i spoke to, felt B&B deserved their chance based on results. Unfortunately it didn't work out.

The next question is, will Horsham Rebel get yet another new flag sorted out by the weekend?
