What a fantastic weekend lay in store for all Fleet fans. I know it was a total pain that 'pissed on our own chips' on Tuesday night but I things are going be a whole lot different tomorrow.

 

We all know Aldershot are a good side and more importantly that the tie is not over yet but it's times like this that makes all the heartaches and disappointments in the past almost worthwhile. We've got to enjoy it!

 

To those who are going to the match have a great day. I'll be there in spirit and kicking every ball. Soon as I get back from the Terriers game tomorrow evening I hope to be booking my train to London for the Big Big Day! Bring it on!

Yes PMT has set in (pre match tension), should be a good support there we have a 16 seater mini bus, thats 4 regulars and 12 glory hunters. Leaving Gravssend at 11 for a pub crawl to Aldershit.

I'll be droning on if you will be listening. Matt Cole(proper broadcaster) will be doing the commentary and I will be getting emotional(one way or the other) next to him.

As a current Margate fan estranged in the Channel Islands but having been born in Gravesend where I lived for 20 years and played at Stonebridge Road in the 1969 Humphrey Cup Final i just want to wish the Fleet all the best for the game on Saturday sure you fans would agree it would be a fantastic achievmant to get to Wembley and I and I am sure all fans from other Kent Clubs (Dartford exempted) wish you the best of luck for tomorrows game.
