This is another example of the stupid b'stards at the FA, nearly all of whom have never played the game and know FA about the game.

Grays may be fortunate and benefit from an outbreak of common sense but that's a very rare commodity at the Football Association.

Remember these are the people who upheld a red card awarded in error to Emmanuel Adebayor at the Carling Cup Final in 2007, which they then increased to a 4 game ban as he didn't leave the pitch quickly. Once it had been shown that Emmanuel Eboue was the guilty party, Adebayor's red card should have been rescinded but instead they just banned Eboue as well.
