Voting will be on Saturday. I will have voting slips etc at the Supporters Hut and there will also be slips and a ballot box on the stand side ( near the always closed other burger bar)

 

Make sure you get voting.

 

At the same time you can also buy a raffle ticket, draw to take place after the match, results posted on web and around ground ready for last match of the season.

Why not hand them out at the Gate, Jess ??

 

Thats not a complaint, but we all know how lazy people are & many wont make the effort to come to you to vote, whereas they might just do so, if they were given something as they come in?

I agree with Alan W - with distractions such as the que for beer and burgers the turn out for votes might not be as high as if we were given slips at the gate -

Wot about putting ticket sellers in the stands, nd in da program huts, or puttin an internet player of the year on the web? id vote for Benters.

Check on the main page of the fleet's website, go to interavtive, go down and there it is player of da season.

All the ideas of handing them out at the gate are highly laudable but unless you are willing to hand them out yourself then I am afraid going to get a slip yourself is the only way it will happen. As for getting a beer being more important then I guess I have my priorities wrong. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Chaps, in a perfect world I would be on the gate, but as yet have not worked out how to be in two places at once. I will be taking coach bookings, selling raffle tickets and doing player of the season all from the hut.

 

The inter-net player also a good idea ( and already done by Dave), but sadly very few people actually use the site, we have to give everyone a chance to vote.

And Russ if you think the beer and burgers are more important, well what can I say.

 

You will just have to walk that huge distance round to the hut, which is very close to the tea and burger stand.
