BLUES 4-1 FOLKESTONE

In my opinion, Jason and Grant have done a superb job and long may it continue. To get us from the bottom of the league to fighting for a play off place is a record that stands for itself. That players don't always turn up motivated is something that happens at all levels of football, not just ours and it's a top manager that wields the stick to get them motivated either during the gme or for the next game. Last night you saw a team motivated to play well...Managers job done...they now have to continue.

As TC said, we all want to win every game but that just does not happen. Those people that think that we can just turn up and win whatever the circumstances have either got their heads in the clouds or their heads up their arses...We have no divine right in football. It's a bit like life...We may be putting in the best effort or be the best team but that doesn't mean you win every game. Like life, the circumstances that may govern your fortune could be decided by circumstances that happen before the game or, perish the thought, during the game...ask Sir Alex and his bunch of Manc's after this Saturday's F A Cup game!!! But one thing I will say, quality will win through and we have one quality club, with some quality players managed by quality people...on and off the pitch.

Get promoted or not, I for one am looking forward to see what Jason and Grant's vision for success is next season because, in my opinion, they're still playing with Matt Jone's team...who to some extent inhereted Justin Edinburgh's team. There are players who I think are exceptional for the club and I hope that both our managers agree to keep them but on the whole next season will be the time to judge...not this season...

I've not forgotten anything Barry, I remeber them well, I can also remember our game V's Exeter and how we were 2 up until the 84th min, our fantastic performance V's Steveange in the 1st Round of the FA cup, our league position finish of second, Along with this disappointments of losing to Leyton in the play off's and our embarrassing 5-0 defeat at Braintree.

There are many who can remember us playing at sun corner and going to Wembley, but they are all in the past, and imo have no relevance to Tuesdays 4-1 win.

The management would argue, and to be honest I would agree, for us to adopt a succesfull 4-4-2 we need the right personnel, we have played it on many occasions this season and lost the majority of those games.

Last season we had two Midfielders available in Chris Whelpdale and Matt Game, both of whom could/can play that system very well.

One might also argue that pre Chris we were not doing so well, just 4 wins in 15. Its horses for courses Barry, we play a system now because to date it has worked.

Bill summed it up for me...Tuesday was and excellent performance and everyone played well.

Last season, next season are not important right now, points are the only thing that matter, and I can assure you that every one of our Players, and managers, will be giving their all to gain all three on Saturday.

C'mon you Blues
