Turnout on Saturday

Recommended Posts

Well I'm certainly not known as his biggest fan, but doheochai has done some good work recently.

He's organised a trial run of 4 coaches, leaving from Liverpool, Leeds, Leicester and Cardiff/Bristol for the home game against Woking on 5th April. Could boost the numbers a bit, geek corner might be fuller than usual! smile

Hopefully he'll post further info on here.

If we can muster a decent turnout at the Rec, and get behind the lads who knows we might just do it.

well done to all

Higher than the attendance at the other semi at Torquay, too, I believe. Wasn't expecting that.

We are confident of filling the coaches. Each member living in each departure location will be emailed with the details and memebrs will be able to book and pay for the seats on the MyFC website. In the event that the buses are not filled to capacity from the departure locations we have allow some time to facilitate pick-ups on route.

Hopefully 200 attending and an extra £2600 in gate receipts.

If everything goes to plan we will also organise coaches for the home games against Altrincham and Oxford. It is hope to have between 8-10 coaches for the Oxford game - but we may have to review this following Saturdays game.

To be fair, I really do admire the work Dom has done on sorting this.

The cynical part of me does wonder about the timing of the article though, released 2 days before voting starts for Board elections, for which said person is standing. Hell of a coincidence...

Have to agree.

Great job on the organisation and great job that the spaces are filling up.

If there is one space left on one of them, I am not too far from the Gravesend East turning of the A2 and can direct the driver to the ground.

:-)
