U 18's

great result for our/your under 18s, seen as i am going to be the opposing goalkeeper that day for my team hullbridge who also reached the final yesterday.

will be a strange feeling trying to win the cup for my club, playing against the team i follow and it being played at new lodge as well.

seems all set for a good game because we (Hullbridge) are still looking for revenge of the 6 3 defeat earlier in the season.

TC does the home team in the draw get the home dressing rooms?

Now Rich, you ready to face the blue army in goal ! grin (see ya tonight) you can write down all the things that will be coming your way!

Anyway, well done to both teams - Think we could have a fairly decent attendance for this one!

Well done Rich, I don't know if you know this, grin but the opposing goalkeepers do tend to get a bit of stick.

Home team, home dressing room...of course they do, that'll be the the door with home on it, those magnetic signs work a treat. wink

Well done Hullbridge, it should be a cracking final, I'm looking forward to it already.

it will be a good experience, being on then end of the abuse that i normally give out to opposing keepers in the ryman league.

keith i think i know some of the songs that might come my way as soon as i step onto the pitch if the blue army are their.

is their a record for attendence at a county cup final for under 18s? because i reckon that night we could be getting a rather large number.

brilliant, its going to be like playing at afc hornchurh again when i was 16 in the senior league, i remember dropping a cross and the chants of 'you flap more than a pigeon' being shouted at me.

cheers blue fan, im sure it will be a good game to even if it is just the case of abusing the goalkeeper for 90 minutes for the sake of it.

Rich. m were you the one standing next door to the bloke wearing the British gas coat i wasn't sure? i spoke to a couple of blokes in the bar had they been on the forum, but they hadn't so they didn't know what i was saying, so i didn't want to come up to someone and say are you the hullbridge goal keeper in case they thought i was mad, i will find out Rich and meet you soon, Brightside Bloke when we did try to sing we gave up too cold and thats the polite version! i will say hello again but this time as Blue fan i thought people kept there IDs to them selfs on here i was the bloke if you remember at Boring wood who put his arm around you when those stewards wanted a bit of action and MR kent was watching, my motto- all for one and one for all.Blue fan
