What is happenning with the next phase of the ground improvements? Malcolm Rowlett commented quite a few weeks ago that things were moving well and they were in a very advanced stage in negotiations. Any news anybody, rumours even!!!

Would not surprise me if we have to wait for the Turner Centre planning applications to go through first as that is the only thing allowed to be built in Margate at the moment

I heard it was going to start in the summer too, but then it was also meant to start on the 1st February of this year and some other dates have been thrown about, so guess what? We are just going to have to wait and see. (how many times has that been said)
