Arlesey Athletic 3 v Kentish Town 2 att 13

 

 

i made my way to the match knowing it

would be a bumper crowd swelled by

reporters wanting to 'press flesh'

with the next manager of the Nigerian

national team and to touch the 'tag'

of the greatest striker outside of league 2.

All i needed to make my day complete would

be the chance to chew the fat with the one known as Rhodes.

How disappointed can one person be?

Fair enough 'tag boy' scored a couple, but where was Rhodes?

And the crowd!! Good job Arlesey follow the Royston policy

of letting u16s in for free as the only paying supporter

of official attendance was the probation officer of Lee Scott.

Watching the 'great one' getting more agitated as defeat loomed,

i approached him and asked him his views on his application

to manage the 'super eagles' to which he replied:-

'super eagles, aint he the special 1?

It was at this point i realised Rhodes talks total bollock5

and i went and gatecrashed the the drinking den of the u16s

gathered behind the KTFC goal.

If it is any consolation to Rhodes, i think KTFC would have

won if it wasn't for the barracking of the keeper by these

feral youngsters.

All in all, a nice day and a great result.
