The Sports & Social Club own everything, the ground, the pitch, the car park etc. The Football Club is subsidised by the S&SC.

 

Also, the S&SC has CIU status and as such, like the Vange & Pitsea WMC has a subsidised bar.

 

Every single member of the playing, management and coaching staff are "supposed" to be members of the S&SC.

 

I can tell you this, the Football Club and the Sports & Social Club have never been, or worked, closer together than they are now. I can remember a time when there was a definite "them and us"!!!!
