just to add to what others have said about stfc programme in that it is a good read and layout in fact its better than a lot of football league programmes, which got me thinking as to what was the best in the southern league, next to stfc i would have to say windsors takes some beating, the worst ive seen so far has to be bracknell. Some aways ive missed so would be good to know what others think of programmes on our travels this season.

Yeah I've also heard that the Slough Town programme is quite good... Farnborough's is good in terms of how it's produced but then again it's £2 and doesn't have much reading content, well compared to Slough's it doesn't. Also whilst we're on the subject, what new features/articles would you like to see for next season?

Yep Kiddie Harriers away was our last game in the Conference just coming up to the tenth anniversary. One nil win with a goal from Matty Stowell I believe. In my head it was a screamer but I'm getting old so maybe the mind is playing tricks. I get all nostalgic and teary eyed just thinking about it.

Well Windsorian you're the first I've heard say our programme has too many adverts! The reading content against adverts ratio is very high compared to some programmes I've seen this season which have so many adverts. Slough Town's will hopefully have more adverts next season as we need the income but it also means we may be able to include some colour and more reading content pages.

indeed it was a 20 yarder from Matty Stowell midway through the first half, back in the days when all Conference away games involved two sets of fans singing anti-Woking songs, though me and Schagen nearly got lost in a cattle market trying to find the ground

Went to watch Lewes recently (happened to be in the area), impressed with what they've done to the ground, decent team too, attendance 910 (wow a crowd!). Programme was £2.00, glossy, colour but lacking in interesting read and full of adverts, so what we produce for our 200 or so hardcore and at £1.50 deserves praise indeed.

Steve, for the remaining 5 programmes of this season, there will be a 2x 1 page articles on Slough Town FC 'Legends'. First up will be Trevor Bunting and Trevor How who will feature in the Slough Town v Paulton Rovers programme. If you haven't already nominated your Legend, please do so today and in turn help support the Rebels. Thank you if you have already done so.

I was impressed by Windsors programme mainly cos it had loads of contributers (hint, hint)

I liked the away travel review that happened a few seasons back. It suddenly stopped when Martin went on about an old tramp he spotted in the Hampton club-house; oh no its not, its the manager Alan Devonshire. It was a bit of fun and quite easy for people to do with a simple questionaire, with endless opportunities to have a pop at other clubs!

Yes Warren write more articles, John Tebbit manages to write 2 for each programme... ;op I'm open to (nearly) any idea if it improves the programme. If there are fans who would like to fill in a questionaire regarding their away day (maybe someone can do this for the trip to Godalming?) please speak to myself or Warren.
