In todays NLT Ken Tomlinson is quoted as saying.

 

"Dean has been informed of the decision but has a week to respond. The directors feel what he did warrented this action, but the directors of the league may feel differently. He is a lovely bloke off the pitch but on it he can be a bit hot-headed."

 

 

I think as Dean has 7 days (from receipt of letter I presume) to appeal this could explain the silence from the club.

 

It also seems that the decision may not be clear cut if the league (presume Ryman) directors have to ratify MFC's directors decision.

 

Oh to be a lawyer today, why then you could by a non-league club from your fees.
