No again. We are being truthful with the reality, something you refuse to accept. Have the attendances been better of late or not. The answer is to any sane person without an axe to grind or an absurd point to make, YES!!

Get over it, deal with it, and stop ya bloody silly nitpicking and moaning. What a joker!!

Yes indeed. But equally, if no one has a point to make, is there any need to point it out every week and then compare it to the pre-MyFC attendance every time? Of course that'll get people's goats up. MyFC wants to be treated the same, then quit with the before and after comparisons.

Id like to see a bumper crowd Tuesday night.

Most of our support cheered the lads off the pitch and 1500+ on tuesday will give us that added edge.

All these comments of crows up and down is getting boring.

Lets look at what is on the pitch.

Liam has constructed good team with good spirit and good comradery. Mostly on a limited budget.

Its not MYFC or any other persons who should get credit,Has anyone not actually thought that a good team could be adding on to the attendance at games.

Riverview, I know this maybe isnt possible, but I wish in time all this them and us stuff, and the gates are up so many on last time etc would just fade away. I think its about getting people to games, home and away and giving the team the best support possible. I plan to try and keep pushing the other forum to boost numbers going away, and I know Dom is doing the same for home games. I think the sheer number of games coming up in the coming 2 weeks might effect some people going to games. They are coming thick and fast and people only have so much money in their pockets.

I don't refuse to accept it, I know the gates are up, I'm not blind.

As I have said before I have no axe to grind. Don't let the truth get in the way of a good willy waving contest though.

Most anoying forum posters, Idiot-Clown, Auntie Urchin then you, and you only have three posts.

If it weren't for people like me then you wouldn't have a club to compare facts and figures with or people to lord it over. Just wait until the "I've been supporting the club since the 60's" crowd get here, then you'll really have to roll your sleves up and dig your heels in.

Now that is written in a tone I appreciate and understand, and I will do everything I can in future to make sure that I don't inadvertantly offend the long time fans. Point taken!

And if you'd read my thread on the MYFC forum, you'd see at every possible juncture I repeat the exact same thing concerning the local fans. Without them the club would not be here, and all I've repeatedly stated is that MYFC should do all they can to put the club further into the local communities consciousness, because one sure way for this to fail is if the local fans disappear. No one is blind to the obvious.

As usual, statements read in written form mean different things to different people and often instigate emotions that they were not intended to provke. Nothing was written to "patronise" anyone; I thought it must be cool if only for the players to see such good support on an away game and I thought it was very cool that so many old and new fans got to see a very good game of footy and an excellent result for Ebbsfleet (if had said "us", that would have been patronising). Having another game to the fixture list is the only downside.

I would think all fans of Ebbsfleet, new and old, have a common desire - the betterment of the club itself. A lot of people are waiting, and wanting this to fail, but I don't care about them, they can't see beyond their own frustration and desires; what I do care about is making sure that everything is done with one purpose and one purpose only; having success on the field and making Ebbsfleet a better club for everyone, especially the local fans.

Good quarter final as well.

I had a blinding kebab in Derby.

Very true, and being from Derby originally, I miss kebabs and the mild mint sauce like I can't even say. No such thing here in northeast Louisiana at all I'm afraid. [****!!****], if I wanted a decent curry I'd have to drive three hours.

Nobody wants this to fail, you would only lose 35 quid, Fleet fans would lose their club. We said it wouldn't work and already we are being proved right!
Myfc came on the scene with the claim "Own a Club - Pick the Team!" You have only just taken over the Club, which you don't own personally, and now people are moving to vote NOT to pick the team!
So in less than a few weeks, this is a completely new Myfc?
If all of a sudden there are 28,000 members, who don't own the club and are not going to interfere with the team, and are willing to admit it, and want to give Ebbsfleet 27.50 every year, for nothing in return, I'm all for it!
