Yeah, a good old fashioned peice of 'friendly fire' would be welcomed on that Island at around 7.30 pm tonight...

Unless of course I go, which is looking a strong possibility. But I suppose if it were to happen I could consider myself a martyr, gunned down wearing ny Bedford shirt whilst behind enemy lines.

I was thinking about going too (possibly with Zeal), but we have an important friendly with a bunch of Vikings tonight and the chance of a few beers. With Aldershots away support and neutrals like BE going, they could get about 800 at Canvey tonight.

Torn between which end I should stand though as I believe segregation is in effect.

Pros & Cons:-

Aldershot end- Less likely of a scrap and more singing yet surrounded by tossers

 

Canvey End- Very quiet and questionable sexual orientation as far as the segregation stretches yet better for bar access.

Over 4,000 (and more like over 5,000) at our place last season and it wasn't required.....

 

.....then again, perhaps they have learnt from our mistake - by not having segregation, we were spread out amongst the neutrals, and the Canvey fans outsang us.
