now ive noticed that everyone's title has been customised, like bfr's 'i ate all the pies'. now mine started off as 'reserve - cleans the boots & washes the kit' and now says 'trainee'. now here's the kicker...how do i change the title, and no flamming or spamming please boys, this a lad from the mean streets of cippenham here....

In the links across near the top of the page, there is a 'My Home' link. Click on that and it USED to be in display settings. I think it got removed in an upgrade, so it's not possible to change it anymore.

Alternatively, look for the "Site News" or "Site Help" (FAQ) forums (under Main Index link at top), and send a message to NLUK admin - you may find out why titles are no longer changeable.

Unusually, back to the original point of this thread...

 

Gary/Chris, you've both changed your titles since this thread started, so what gives? Is this just an admin privilege, or is there some other way we can change our titles too? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

 

(And yes, I have had another look under 'My Home', just to make sure)

I've just found out how to change them so I'll start up a seperate thread for any registered users who wish to change it. It's not something a moderator can do, it has to be a site admin. Fortunately, I am one of them! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
