Slarti - Yes the Crawley game was switched cos of Setanta, but Torquay refused to move the game to Sunday using the excuse of their lack of Saturday home games - something about it being unfair on their fans - the fans who didn't bother to show up today anyway... (maybe they thought the game was on Sunday?)

Just an opinion my friend. Please feel free to agree or disagree as you choose. Of course DurhamGill is quite entitled to follow EUGC & GFC.It's just not my "cup of tea".

 

Also, as it goes, I quite like Bryan Robson ( although I wish he hadn't played for Man U but there you go !! an opinion !).

 

My gripe is with Sheff Utd rather than Mr R.

PS....for reference....Wednesday & Sheff Utd fans refer to each as pigs ( I haven't quite worked out why yet !)hence the reference thereto.

 

I believe that, a couple of years ago, a Sheffield City Councillor was "rebuked" for making a such a reference to Sheff Utd fans following their promotion to Premiership.

Hirsty, it's all about opinions and I respect your right to say whatever you feel...Personally I follow the Fleet and a Championship side..in fact i'm going to watch them batter Sheff Utd on the 23rd Feb...Having said that, I hope and pray that we get a couple of Derbies with Kent sides and by 2009/2010 I can see this becoming a reality..EUFC V GFC.

I was begining to think that you were a Man U fan & that the "red" in your name didn't relate to EUFC at all. Now you have

"revealed" yourself vis 8 March......which is probably worse !!

 

Let's hope for a better game on 8 March than the 0-0 at Loftus Road....mind you.....your sudden influx of cash seems to have done the trick. If only I had £20m to pay off the Owls debt.
